1. Bookings

All bookings are confirmed subject to vehicle availability. A booking is final when our representative confirms it by phone, WhatsApp or in person, and (where applicable) the agreed advance payment is received.

2. Pricing & payments

Quoted fares are transparent and include the agreed allowance as described at the time of booking. Payment is accepted by cash and UPI. Any additional tolls, parking, or extended usage beyond the agreed plan are mutually confirmed before they apply.

3. Cancellations & changes

Please notify us of cancellations or itinerary changes as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and will be communicated clearly at the time of request.

4. Guest responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the conduct of their group, compliance with temple and site entry rules, and taking care of personal belongings. Vehicles are insured as required by law; personal items are carried at the guest's risk.

5. Vehicle use

Vehicles are provided for the agreed itinerary. Misuse, smoking inside vehicles, or unauthorised additional routes may incur charges and are at the driver's reasonable discretion.

6. Website use

Content on this website is provided for general information. We are not liable for decisions made based on it. Automated scraping or abusive use of the site is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or acts of third parties.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madurai.
